Ben began his practice at national firms in Toronto and Vancouver. He has represented clients before all levels of court in both British Columbia and Ontario, as well as at various administrative and regulatory tribunals. He is a former Director of the Northwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.

Julien was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1997. A former judicial law clerk of the British Columbia Supreme Court, Julien attended law school at the University of British Columbia. Julien has represented clients before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia.

Over his career, he has appeared in numerous seminal cases covering a varied range – criminal conspiracy, reorganization legislation, shareholder rights, and creditors’ rights and remedies and complex Family Law Property Disputes to name a few. As an experienced litigator, Lino has appeared before various courts and administrative tribunals in British Columbia, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Lino has also been retained as counsel to the BC Utilities Commission on regulatory matters.
