Wei Kiat is associate counsel with Bridgehouse Law. With nearly two decades of practice in dispute resolution and litigation as a partner in a national firm and then later an international law firm based in Canada, Wei Kiat brings a broad range of experience and skills when solving client’s problems.

- complex multi-party negotiation and mediation in business disputes and, in particular, construction - breach of contract disputes, including real estate, confidentiality, non-competition and shareholders’ agreements - negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claims - shareholder rights, oppression, partnership and other business disputes - creditors’ rights and remedies - tenancy and leases, including long-term 99 year leases - injunctions - product liability - acting for corporations and partnerships as independent counsel in the context of family or estate proceedings
Wei Kiat’s clients include those in the property development industry, tech companies, agricultural sectors, start-ups and growth-stage tech companies, developers, and contractors.
Outside of law, Wei Kiat enjoys swimming, biking, hiking, basketball and spending time with his family.
