
Cinthya is a member of Bridgehouse Law’s litigation team, known for her pragmatic, results-oriented approach. Her work spans civil, commercial, and estate litigation, including contractual and business disputes, shareholder claims, wills variation matters, unjust enrichment, and other complex estate issues.
She has appeared before both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia in a broad range of matters. Cinthya is particularly engaged by complex legal challenges and works closely with clients, both locally and internationally, to develop clear, practical strategies tailored to their objectives.
She is licensed to practice in both British Columbia and Costa Rica. Cinthya began her legal career in Costa Rica, where she was called to the bar in 2016. She worked at a leading national firm, gaining experience across a broad range of matters and business disputes, including commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, class actions, product liability, and real estate matters. She appeared before all levels of court, building a strong foundation in complex litigation. She is also the first lawyer from Costa Rica to be licensed to practice in both Costa Rica and Canada.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Cinthya works comfortably with a diverse client base and is actively involved in the local Latino community. Outside of her practice, she enjoys travelling and exploring international destinations.
