Jeffrey A. Read

Jeff spent the first 30 years of his career working at a couple of Canadian national firms representing clients on a diverse range of corporate and securities matters. He has assisted many international investors in structuring investments in Canada in sectors including real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and food products. Jeff was the representative for a Canadian firm’s China office located in Beijing for approximately five years. He was also an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia’s Allard School of Law for approximately 15 years.
