Falko Wong is a Vancouver based business lawyer practicing in the areas of real estate, finance, corporate law, commercial transactions and estate planning.

Representative Work Highlights

Falko acts for individuals and companies in a broad range of matters ranging from incorporation to buying and selling businesses, as well as corporate reorganizations, contract drafting and review, leases and other commercial matters. He has experience in real estate transactions and development, and acts for both borrowers and lenders in private and commercial loan transactions. He also assists clients with their estate planning, including preparing wills and establishing family trusts.

Education

Falko has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (2008) and a Juris Doctor degree (2011) from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2012.
