Practice Areas

Amir Ghahreman practices in the areas of corporate and commercial business law. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation prior to attending Dalhousie University to complete his law degree (2006) and being called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2007. After working for several years at a large Western Canadian law firm, Amir joined Taylor & Company, Business Lawyers until that firm merged with Lunny Atmore LLP in April of 2015.

Representative Work Highlights

As a solicitor, Amir acts for business people (including health care and other professionals) and companies in a broad range of matters such as pre-incorporation considerations, shareholder agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations, contract drafting, contract review and other commercial matters (financing considerations, etc) which businesses often face.

Personal

Amir is conversant in Farsi and has a functional command of French. Outside of work, Amir plays jazz in big band and small group settings.
