Practice Areas

David is a member of the firm’s litigation team. He practises in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, property disputes, wills and estates litigation and professional negligence. David also assists clients with property-related issues arising in the family law context.

David has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia as well as at commercial arbitration and mediation. David frequently appears in Supreme Court Chambers, and has been counsel in a number of reported judgements involving a wide variety of procedural issues. David has conducted a number of trials in Supreme Court and appeals in the Court of Appeal.

David has spoken as faculty for Continuing Legal Education.

When not working, David enjoys spending time with friends and his growing family. In addition to fluency in English, David is also conversant in Japanese.
