Practice Areas

Michael Atmore practices in the areas of business law, real estate law and wills and estates.

Michael represents many private companies assisting them with internal corporate related matters and with the acquisition and divestiture of a variety of businesses. His practice also focusses on private lending, where he acts for mortgage investment corporations and individual lenders, and residential real estate. Michael has acted extensively for Canadian chartered banks, credit unions and as counsel to corporate borrowers in major financing transactions.

Representative Work Highlights

Michael Atmore has a broadly based real estate practice working with both businesses and individuals. He represents commercial clients on leasing related matters and on real estate development projects from the purchase phase through to sales completion. Michael also regularly acts for individuals with their personal real estate matters, assisting with the purchase or sale of their home or investment property, or working together with home owners and mortgage brokers on their private financing transactions.
